Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value your trust. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a transaction or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for Cancellation & Refund to ensure transparency and compliance.

Customers can request a cancellation of transaction in case of multiple payments being made for a NSR registration or renewal transaction. Cancellation and refund will not be applicable for cases wherein service has been delivered i.e. NSR registration process has been completed and IT Professional Identification Number (ITPIN) has been generated for customer or Annual Maintenance Charges / renewal fees has been paid for expired period of NSR account. For cancellation / refunds you are requested to approach us through either of following channels:
1. Write to nsr@ndml.in with the details of your transaction and issue being faced. Please mention details of your transaction such as Order Number etc.
2. Call us at our helpdesk numbers 022 – 4914 2575 / 2576. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please mention details of your transaction such as Order Number etc.Our teams will examine your request and do the needful within 7 working days. In case, they need to contact you, they will reach out to you. Please note that refund will be made only to such mode through which the payment was originally made.
Payment Processing Errors: It is possible that sometimes whiles making the payment, the amount is deducted / debited from your bank / credit / debit card and there is an issue while reporting such payment transaction to us by the gateway because of technical problem. In such cases, the order status may remain pending at our end and service will not be delivered. In such cases, the amount is generally refunded automatically within 7 working days without requiring any action at your end. In case refund is not received by this time, then kindly write to us at nsr@ndml.in
